Unyte was engaged by Hawthorn Football Club to complete early works on the Hawthorn Community Centre, a sprawling 28 hectare site located in Dingley Village, Melbourne.
Unyte’s works included bulk earthworks, stripping 147,000m³ of topsoil, importing more than 175,000m³ of Type B and C fill, removal of pond lining and remediation of subgrade through removal and replacement of unsuitable subgrade with Type B material.
Unyte was able to provide compliant and suitable materials to meet strict capping material specifications and passed all site environmental audits.
