That’s why we’re proud to announce Marc Dato as our new General Manager, Unyte Southern, a role that recognises his impact, capability and deep understanding of our business. 

Marc has been instrumental in building the Victorian pre-contracts team, giving him a strong foundation to lead Unyte Southern into its next stage of growth. 

“We’re building capability in key sectors—water, mining and infrastructure—while strengthening relationships with our existing clients and developing new ones. There’s a lot to look forward to,” said Marc. 

With experience spanning both delivery and pre-contracts, Marc understands the importance of alignment between what we win and how we deliver it. “When those teams are connected, we set ourselves up for success.” 

As General Manager, Marc will focus on growing our capability, supporting our people, and delivering sustainable growth across Victoria and into South Australia. 

“I’m really looking forward to working more closely with our delivery teams and continuing to support our engineers to grow. We’ve got a strong pipeline ahead, and I’m excited by the opportunity to secure new and challenging projects that stretch us and build our reputation.”
